Introduction

Phantoms and doubles, complete loss of memory, suddenly opened new knowledge about the events, in which one has never participated before, the recollections of the past life and knowledge of foreign languages since the cradle – all this is only a minor part that draws attention of all kinds of scams, especially from the media. These and similar cases recorded by witnesses, captured on photos and videos, including legally proved, are the means of existence for all those who "feather their nest" on ignorance.

The Academy of Sciences does not interfere in these "miraculous" transformations, and it was only on hand to all healers, witches of black and white magic and other crooks.

Let’s introduce a glossary (terms and explanations) (the basic constant in modern science is horsepower, and hence - horse knowledge).

The concept of non-scientific perception:

- the Earth is operated by the Control System, located under the Earth's surface;

- the Control System is a complex hierarchical system;

- there are more than 2,000 control systems on the Earth;

- the base Brain of each individual is stored in the archives of the Control System (point 4 on the atlas);

- during each cadence period, the individual Brain is regulated and the information is recorded;

- the Control system uses 7 types of time, one of which (60*60*24) is the cadence of the lower grating; (see the calculations)

- to transmit the information, the Control System uses the musical scale, and the resonance contours of the spine are the receivers of information;

- to control the Brain, the Control System uses a different musical scale;

- the musical scale for the control of the Brain is: DO RE MI FA SOL LA SI NA, LALALA code is a call sign;

- human physical appearance is just a “shirt”, and the Brain transfer is made into the “shirt”, which is compatible with the transferred Brain through the frequency balance;

- when transferring the Brain, the information in the archive can be fully or partially saved; therefore, an individual becomes able to perform things which were impossible previously;

- the substituted Brain can be saved, but typically it is scattered, for all that the ion structure (and the DNA too) are remained the same (the sedimentary structures of the old Brain). The new Brain does not form the DNA. Therefore, it is always possible to spot the substitution (for example, the case of Anastasia - Anastasia’s brain was “moved” completely to another “shirt”, and only by the DNA analysis the discrepancy was identified).

When substituting the Brain, the Control System assumes that the new brain in the archive is better than the substituted one, but this is not always the case – lately, the reverse process is observed. The old Brain cannot be substituted if some control points are missing, or it cannot be replaced due to incompatibility of a genotype, diseases such as AIDS or tuberculosis, a narrow range of lungs memory, the radioactive frequencies potentials’ level are exceeded, etc..

An important aspect is the method of transformation and resizing of the structure. For example: a red blood cell (RBC, or erythrocytes) is known to have a diameter of 7-9 microns, but more than 90% of human blood vessels have a diameter of about 1 micron.

A question arises: How does an erythrocyte go into there?

An answer: there is no erythrocyte in blood; it is formed outside of the Control System (or brain) as a sedimentary structure with the loss of frequency of its state (with a decrease in frequency by 2 times, the total size increases by 1.284 times).

Similarly is the birth of a child. A spermatozoid has an ionic structure and the brain of 96th frequency (less than the size of an atom). Once in the “sandbox”, that is, in the structure in which maximum scattering takes place, the spermatozoid grows rapidly (while losing the brain frequency). On reaching the equilibrium state (frequency 71.225625), a signal is given and the childbirth happens.

This implies an important factor - a new brain comes in with a higher frequency, and the old brain’ functions can only be partially disrupted.

Modern science does not even suspect the existence of a non-inertial mass (the structure of frequencies higher than 64th octave, united by the 96th frequency), although a lightning ball and its effect have been known for a long time. With frequencies higher than 64th, we have 8 different atomic structures (in the author’s works they are given conventional names - neutron and antineutron, neutrino and antineutrino, etc.). Each of these structures have a range of charge existence. With a loss of charge, the potential of a lower frequency increases. For example: when translating the power of frequency 65.5 into 32.125225, we get a powerful lightning discharge (commensurable with the power produced by a large hydroelectric station for hundreds of years), although the initial state cannot be seen.

Taking into consideration (except official science) existence of various “divine” phenomena, as well as advertised astral, mental and other fields (recently, a torsion field got into fashion), let’s pay attention to the growing number of perpetual motion machines or, at least, the desire to create them. More than 99% of such works are obvious stupidity even from the official science point of view, but if in some cases non-inertial mass is present in the technological solution, the problem cannot be solved by conventional means and devices, especially since the Bohr atom does not change dimensions, and the periodic table does not contain non-inertial mass.

Is a perpetual motion machine possible? If we take a time span of 100 years, it is possible - by scattering high frequencies, ionic masses can get “recharge” from nowhere, but this is only in case of presence, or combination of inertial and non-inertial mass. An example of such a perpetual motion machine is Man whose brain is in the non-inertial structure. What will happen if someone decides to travel to Pluto by a modern spaceship? While moving, high frequencies will be scattering (which are the brain), so by the time of reaching Mars you will have a Pithecanthropus’ brain, and at the end point – just a handful of sand. All objects that travel in Cosmos have a gravitational-magnetic-electric generator, supporting the existence of moving matrices at all frequencies.

So, where do the rogues of science come from, and what do they use? First of all, out of science itself. With the help of current “knowledge”, a man is not able to get to the meaning of the physical phenomena. All existing instrument base is built on the human eye properties (phase, charge slide angle, upper frequency, etc. cannot be higher). Lack of the instrument base does not allow official science to recognize or reject new physical properties of the material world (the “Divine World” is not touched upon here).

Lack of knowledge about the world and the way it exists leads to that limited pyramid of knowledge that has been built for over 500 years.

Actually, the existence of such science accounts for the fact that there are more than 180 Academies in Russia each of which uses the same level of knowledge and has nothing to do with the true science. Is this situation going to be changed? Yes it will be. Upon completing the Main Program, the Control System will simply erase everything that it deems unnecessary and will provide such information which will make it impossible for the “king of nature" to intervene with the control system, including the formation of the new atmospheric gratings.

But let’s go back to the problem of reincarnation. The concept of karma is introduced in shamanic circles. This is supposed to be the record of all the deeds and “creative” successes. Much has been written about karma. It can be supplemented with the following:

Karma is the property of the neutrino brain shell to preserve all properties when the frequency changes from 73.450450 to 61.375375 with carrier frequency of 49.5 (the bone structure). It takes about 1200 - 2400 years, therefore, when replacing the brain, the neutrino structure of the brain is primarily controlled. If the carrier frequency disappears within a split second, karma also disappears, and the remains of man are just a handful of wet sand.

At present, the world is divided into 2 camps - yogis and goys (yogi - control, or those individuals whose karma is supported by the Earth Control System, they make up 12%; goys - working biomaterial for experiments). The correctness of the reincarnation process is checked out on goys; the experiments are tested on yogis.

However, there are exceptions. Those exceptions are well described in history. This applies to the Jews. There is no such a nation. This was described by N. Morozov in the monograph “Christ”. There were tribes of Jews. The story is made up of tales, and all the “antique works” were written in the Middle Ages, with the beginning of the 500-year program. According to N. Morozov, the word “Jew” means EBR (immigrant). That is, the one whose brain was substituted (note by the author). It was assumed that they were "resettled", or "driven out” from Egypt." The first experiments to make changes in the brain structures took place precisely in Asia Minor.

When substituting an old brain for a new one, the old one is eliminated, but the new one cannot pass the test and cannot be installed. In this case, the control over the brain actions is lost, and such a brain has to be terminated. The label “Zhid” – a Jew (or yogi) with no brain - is introduced into the Control System for such people. This has nothing to do with the Jews. The slogan “whack the Jews, save Russia” refers precisely to this phenomenon. For making up public mood, the “Black SWAT”, storm troopers, the “Memorial” society and so on are formed.

For "Zhid" the System establishes a temporary support (total lifetime of 54 years) and makes them into ordinary bio-robots with the pre-programmed functions. If during the period of 1933-1945 the total number of biorobots was 6,600,000 (almost all were destroyed), now they make up more than 33% of the population, therefore there is a danger of a new (nuclear) war. On completing their karma, robots jump out of windows, get killed in accidents, self-inflict lethal wounds, etc. These individuals are especially dangerous in the army. Modern science does not have any means of detecting and neutralizing robots. The first information about the appearance of robots in Russia was in 1472 (“The Appearance of the First Zhids in Russia”), that is, from the beginning of the New Brain Installation Program, which did not suit everyone. If karma is normal, the control system gives a 100% confirmation of the possibility of reincarnation, then it is realized every 12 years for all yogis (or in exceptional cases - by combining several clock intervals and having the possibility of substitution, for example, Anastasia). Let's hope that the Control System will find a different way (except war) to remove robots and the causes for their appearance.

Sleep as control of karma.

For almost all practical shamanism workers, sleep and dreams, interpretations and reference books on dreams are the basis of their work. It is known that there are many types of dreams - colored dreams, sleep without any dreams, instant dreams (a person sleeps for just several minutes, yet gets enough sleep and at the same time dreams that the dream lasts for several hours). During sleep, a person can travel, do very specific actions, be in places that are inaccessible, etc. It was Freud who introduced the idea of sleep as a means of control.

There is nothing accidental on the Earth, all living creatures are biosensors, and if the frequency balance changes (according to the Program), then unnecessary biosensors disappear and the new ones come into being; while it should be kept in mind that according to the Program the frequency balance is constantly increases (a frequency gets higher), therefore the large-sized biosensors are gradually replaced by the smaller ones. The Control System monitors humans especially cautiously. Mutations are unacceptable, and once per clock interval a short-term removal of a part of the brain (according to the schedule) is made for the control purposes. At the same time, a test is made for the removed part of the brain and a corrective effect is formed according to the test results, after which the removed part of the brain is returned. If the correction is insufficient for the whole brain, the carrier frequency is removed or karma is reduced.

There are 12 interconnected Management Systems on the Earth and 21 Control Systems. For example: The control system for England is located in Greenland. The removal of part of the brain is carried out at the command of the Moon. Testing is done in high frequencies. There is different time there - 144 times shorter, but if this time is not enough to complete testing, the test stops and part of the brain (incomplete) is returned. During next testing phase, this incomplete part of the brain is placed one step lower. The targeted communication makes it possible to return the brain accurately to where it was taken from for testing, but if there were some changes in the atmosphere at that time, the address can be changed and, for example, a woman’s brain is returned to a man and vice versa. Hence the growing number of homosexuals and lesbians.

The test is a kind of a movie: each picture checks every cell of the brain matrix. The verification trace is partially saved. Dreams can indicate the disease or a general condition of a person. Dreams interpretation has nothing to do with this process. Loss of the address is a tragedy for the Control System, because in this case not only the control system is ruined, but also the purpose. If the loss of the address is detected, the Control System liquidates the gene pool at the new address, and this person becomes ballast for the society. All the so-called “minorities” are the “defects in the work” of the Control System under ideal conditions, and the System gradually terminates their brain. The control points of the brain matrix in all frequencies are given in a separate work. Here we note that only the pancreas functioning control has 8192 points in the brain matrix. All medicines used by humans either disconnect the brain from ionic structures (“shirts”) or correct the “shirt” according to the instructions of the returned part of the brain.

There are no and cannot be any drugs which influence a human brain. Acupuncture (usually gold and silver needles are used) either add or remove potentials from the high-frequency structures of cells. They are a kind of antennas, however, the needles’ parameters must exactly correspond to the frequency of the changed potential. A “random” needle will only do harm.

Language as a means of communication

Unlike humanoids, humans can talk. A detailed analysis of sound forms is given in the monograph ”Christ” by N. Morozov, Volume 3. However, the reason for the formation of coherent speech is unclear to modern science.

Non-scientific point of view: each human brain contains a “Translator”, a way to translate musical order received by the spine frequencies, or stored in operational or long-term memory. There can be several such translators. Without such a translator, you can study a language in vain for hundreds of years. If there is no translator, you cannot make the brain learn an unfamiliar language. During reincarnation, it is possible not only to transfer the records of the happened events to the portable brain, but also to transfer the translator, which allows you to quickly and easily fill up the knowledge of the language.

The Control System, when controlling the brain, checks whether the translator operates in the right way and, if necessary, supplements (by increasing the frequencies’ potentials) the brain with the “instructions” for changing the ionic part (the “shirt”). With the frequencies’ potentials lowering, you can forget everything, lose your memory.

There is a known method of learning a foreign language during sleep. In reality, it is necessary to use an 8 - series musical notation, and not 7 (12), as is accepted now.

In addition, the recording must be done in the corresponding frequency. The maximum possible frequency of the radio equipment is the 16th frequency, which is not sufficient to form the potential for the command magnetic impulse.

Instead of the accurate “requests” to install a translator for the language, at present we have noise effects similar to a crowd talk, and the Control System can only either increase the potential densities of the possibilities put in earlier, or even remove them (you wake up and find that you do not remember your mother tongue, but there is no other). With the increase in the density of potentials, there may be effects (not immediate) of the language knowledge. Children’s’ joke:

- Grandma, are you having a headache?

- Yes, I am.

- So, the batteries are dead.

The Russian language (as well as English) was developed 257 years before the birth of A.S. Pushkin, and since that time the frequency balance of living cells and bone resonators has been changed for new structures. These changes took place throughout the Earth, but taking into consideration “local control structures”, for example, in China, Japan, and Korea.

This is the structure of images, and changes in this structure that are not characteristic for the stereotype, would bring to destruction of a significant part of the brain matrices.

Blood, DNA and the lung memory

When substituting a part of the brain, as a rule, a change in the blood group happens. This change is unexplainable for medical science. Not only the blood group changes, but also the sedimentary structure, previously unknown compounds and particles (and sizes) may appear. If there has been a change in the blood group, then there will be changes in the structures of some organs. As a rule, this applies to external metabolic structures, i.e. the lungs. If the Program envisages a change in the ratio of potentials in the atmosphere gratings and (or) the introduction of a new grating, then first of all the lungs should be ready for such changes. Breathing exercises are subordinate to the brain, and the limit of the breathing capacity cannot be more than those abilities provided by the brain (the lung memory). When the "corridor" narrows - a person suffocates. As a rule, this “corridor narrowing” (and sometimes even its elimination) occurs in a dream when a part of the brain is missing. If the “gas” medium and the lung memory do not match, the brain sends a signal for 4 hours, and if there is no way to correct the situation, the brain is terminated.

The very name DNA (acid) suggests that it is just a medium for transforming high frequencies (the spermatozoid also grows with the loss of frequencies in an acidic medium). But this medium is highly organized, and by using modern devices, it became possible to partially detect some of its characteristics. 64 combinations of adenine, cytosine, guanine and thymine were collected. However, DNA is a “conveyor belt” used by the brain to form ionic structures and organize metabolic processes. DNA is a sedimentary structure, and when substituting the brain, this structure does not change, just other details are going to be collected on this “conveyor belt”. Science has determined that 20 (known) types of amino acids are formed out of 64 codons. The remaining 44 are unknown. Note that these 20 amino acids are the analogs of workshop distributions at the “conveyor”. If the “conveyor” is the “assembly shop”, then there should be a “punching shop”, a “paint shop”, etc. It should be assumed that the unknown 44 amino acids are third-party “mafia” structures; any organized “production” is surrounded with them.

So, what can be changed with reincarnation?

- The blood group.

- The lung memory.

- Metabolic processes, including motto coordination (walk may change).

- The memory structure, for example, knowledge of languages, singing skills, etc.

- New records of information not previously characteristic for the individual.

It should be added that after reincarnation, the new brain changes the “shirt”, i.e. a person can become much younger or vice versa - a 3-year-old child can look like a very old man.

Conclusion

Reincarnation is the property of the brain return at the birth of a new life or the current programmed brain substitution. Reincarnation is done only by the Kailas Complex. Only representatives of the "golden billion" are subject to reincarnation.

If in the process of life the representatives of the “golden billion” show the brain disconformities with the Program requirements, the brain is terminated. In 2000, the 500-year Program for the formation of the “Golden Billion” has been completed. The control process performed before Easter showed significant differences in the brain function and the Program requirements. Because of this, all the functions of reincarnation were halted until the Programmed requirements are restored. Since that time all the representatives of the “golden billion” have been on a common basis, without reincarnation. The church, which was created on the information about reincarnation, is a parasitic element today, and all the tales about a future life are intended only for church’s happy existence. Previously, approximately 12% of the population were subject to reincarnation, now this value is zero for the next 120 - 140 years.
